On the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Mt. Siguniang, the world's highest UNESCO Global Geopark in China, is unfolding a "Book of the Earth" spanning hundreds of millions of years. The first page of this "history book of the Earth" is the "Xikang Group" Turbidite Flysch Formation, which is the largest in global scale. Two hundred million years ago, this place was the deep sea of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean. Millions of years of turbidite deposition formed rock layers over a kilometer thick. Today, the clear ripple marks and casts on the rock walls resemble a "submarine diary," recording the codes of the rise and fall of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean and crustal movements.

On the second page, it is engraved with the rare wonders of the "Xikang-type" folds of the Songpan-Garzê Orogenic Belt. Due to the compression of multiple plates, the mountain rock strata are folded like a crumpled silk cloth, forming a unique structure due to bidirectional compression, comparable to world-renowned folds and serving as a "natural textbook" of Earth's orogenic movements.

On the third page, there is a magnificent picture scroll of the extremely high peaks of Mt. Siguniang. Snow-capped mountains rising above 5,000 meters stretch endlessly, with the main peak, Yaomei Peak, reaching an elevation of 6,247.8 meters.
