From April 10th to 13th, the Xiaojin County-level leading cadres held a study and education reading class on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. Han Delong, the Secretary of the County Party Committee and the Secretary of the Party Committee of Mt. Siguniang Nature Reserve Administration, delivered a mobilization speech and a graduation speech. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, accurately grasp its rich connotation, core essence, and practical requirements, guide high-quality development with a correct view of political achievements, and make new and greater contributions to accelerating the construction of a high-quality development county model in ethnic minority areas through practical work and achievements, and to making a good start for the "15th Five-Year Plan".

The reading class is conducted through individual self-study, special topic coaching, and centralized discussion. Li Houqing, the director of the Philosophy Teaching and Research Department of the Provincial Party School, was invited to provide special topic coaching.  

During the study class, each comrade closely focused on the theme of establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, closely linked their personal ideological dynamics with work reality, and exchanged views one by one, freely discussing their learning insights, cognitive experiences, and plans for the next step of work. Through this centralized learning and discussion, everyone unanimously deepened their understanding of the significant meaning of the Party Central Committee's deployment of this learning and education, further grasped the core essence and spiritual substance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's relevant important expositions, and more accurately grasped the methods, paths, and practical requirements for establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements in specific practice. All comrades unanimously declared that they would take this study as a new starting point, consciously correct deviations in their ideological understanding, anchor their direction in their performance actions, and earnestly root the correct view of political achievements in their hearts and practice it in their actions, firmly supporting the "two establishments" and resolutely achieving the "two maintenances" with tangible work achievements.

In his closing speech, Han Delong shared his insights and raised work requirements. He pointed out that the learning and education this time had a clear theme and practical content, which had a profound impact on the county-level leaders in consolidating their ideological foundation and calibrating their work direction. As leaders, they must develop a good habit of lifelong learning, continuously improve their political literacy and strengthen their theoretical knowledge through learning, thinking, practice, and reflection, and constantly enhance their ability to fulfill their duties and responsibilities, so as to effectively unite a powerful force to promote the implementation and effectiveness of all work in the county.

Han Delong pointed out that a correct view of political achievements stems from firm party spirit. It is necessary to plan projects and deploy work from the overall perspective of the 15th Five-Year Plan, strengthen overall awareness, abandon selfish thoughts and distractions, maintain political determination, and embody the tempering of strong party spirit in the planning and implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan. A correct view of political achievements is rooted in the people. It is necessary to implement livelihood projects for the 15th Five-Year Plan that resonate with the hearts of the people, take the needs of the people as the starting point for project planning, focus on solving urgent, difficult, anxious, and hopeful issues in project implementation, and use the satisfaction of the people as the yardstick for project acceptance. It is necessary to deeply practice the "four grassroots" work method, making the 15th Five-Year Plan full of "livelihood warmth". A correct view of political achievements follows objective laws. It is necessary to scientifically demonstrate major projects for the 15th Five-Year Plan to ensure they can withstand scrutiny. It is necessary to thoroughly understand the situation, accurately identify problems, and propose practical solutions, planning and promoting the 15th Five-Year Plan projects with a scientific spirit. A correct view of political achievements depends on a solid work style. It is necessary to promote the implementation and effectiveness of the 15th Five-Year Plan projects with the "nail-driving" spirit, have the courage to "dare to teach the sun and moon to change the sky", the perseverance to "clench the green hill and not relax", and the practical effort to "be willing to serve as a willing ox for the children". With a solid work style, we can ensure the implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan projects.
