Based on the actual needs for outdoor activities in the Mt. Siguniang scenic area, and after comprehensive deliberation by the Mt. Siguniang National Nature Reserve Administration, Xiaojin County Bureau of Culture, Radio and Television, Sports and Tourism, and the People's Government of Siguniangshan Town, it has been decided that from April 10, 2026, some outdoor routes in the Mt. Siguniang scenic area (Haizi Valley) will be reopened to the public. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

All outdoor clubs (companies) must strictly adhere to the requirements of the "Mt. Siguniang Outdoor Activity Management Implementation Rules" and organize outdoor activities in accordance with the law and regulations.

In accordance with the "Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention", "Sichuan Province Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention Order", "Regulations on Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Suppression of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture", and other relevant regulations, the Mt. Siguniang scenic area will designate the closed period for outdoor activities in the current year based on the actual situation of forest fire prevention, safety production, and ecological restoration. The specific time will be announced separately.

During the period when events such as cross-country running and mountaineering conferences are held in the scenic area, the Outdoor Activity Management Center will suspend the processing of outdoor procedures in the areas involved in the event.
