In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of comprehensively strengthening party discipline and enhance the awareness of integrity and self-discipline among the cadre team, on the morning of June 17, 2025, the Party Committee of Mt. Siguniang Nature Reserve Administration organized a meeting to educate and warn newly promoted cadres, cadres in key positions, young cadres, and newly recruited personnel about integrity. The meeting was presided over by Jin Songqiang, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection. Through special study sessions, heart-to-heart talks, and other forms, the meeting further strengthened the ideological defense of cadres against corruption and degeneration, providing disciplinary guarantees for the high-quality development of the scenic area.

一、Deepen learning and strengthen ideological foundation

The meeting began with an in-depth interpretation of the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions by the Bureau's Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, which emphasized the importance of normalizing work style construction through the analysis of typical cases. The meeting required all cadres to deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on strengthening the party's work style construction, internalize the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions in their hearts and externalize it in their actions, and effectively enhance their political judgment, comprehension, and execution.

二、Heart-to-heart talks and sounding the alarm bell of integrity

Jin Songqiang, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, conducted a talk on integrity education centered around four aspects: "being clear-headed, proactive, capable, and clean."

1. Enhance political awareness: In alignment with the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture Committee's special rectification of the "Four Nos" issues, cadres are required to maintain political clarity, firmly adhere to the "Two Maintenances," and strictly abide by Party discipline and national laws.
2. Strengthen capacity building: In combination with key tasks such as applying for the Unesco Global Geopark and summer reception, it is emphasized that cadres need to actively learn professional knowledge and enhance their ability to perform their duties.
3. Be brave in taking responsibility: Encourage cadres to take the lead in tasks such as tourist services and project construction, and use innovative thinking to solve development challenges.
4. Strictly adhere to the bottom line of discipline: Through warnings based on typical cases, cadres are required to correctly handle public-private relationships and eliminate integrity risks in areas such as financial management and bidding.

三、Unite our efforts and jointly plan for a new chapter of development

The meeting emphasized that the current moment is a crucial period for the Mt. Siguniang scenic area to Apply for the Unesco Global Geopark and build "China's No.1 Outdoor Mountain". All cadres should take this meeting as an opportunity to focus on the following tasks:

1. Attach great importance to and strengthen learning. Take the study and implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions as an important political task, closely integrate it with the central work of the scenic spot, and deepen understanding through special seminars, case teaching, and other forms to ensure thorough learning and deep comprehension.
2. Benchmarking and comparison, promoting the integration of learning, inspection, and rectification. Strictly adhering to the requirements of the Aba Prefecture Committee's special rectification of the "four no's" issues, we will thoroughly investigate and expose prominent issues such as "not being clear-headed, not learning, not striving, and not taking responsibility", establish a list of problems, rectify and eliminate them one by one, and promote the deepening and solidification of work style construction.
3. Boost morale and abandon the "four noes" behavior. Use the application for the Unesco Global Geopark and the summer reception work as training grounds to encourage cadres to take the initiative, overcome difficulties, and resolutely put an end to negative phenomena such as "lying flat" and "perfunctory". Promote high-quality development of the scenic area with high morale and a pragmatic style.
