In Daban Village, Lianghekou Town, Xu Zhiwen arrived at the Majia Valley Tourist Center to gain a detailed understanding of the scenic area planning, infrastructure construction, and tourist service facilities. He emphasized to the locals the importance of firmly establishing an ecological concept, scientifically planning and designing, relying on the surrounding golden tourist routes, and adhering to the principle of shaping tourism with culture and highlighting culture through tourism, to embark on a path of high-quality, unique, refined, and beautiful cultural and tourism integration development with profound connotations. Upon entering the New Era Civilization Practice Station in Daban Village, Xu Zhiwen inquired in detail about the grassroots governance led by the party building through the "micro-grid real grid" and the preparations for the election of the village "two committees". Currently, it is the peak blooming season for roses, and the rose base in Maoshui Village, Dawei Town is filled with fragrant flowers. Xu Zhiwen conducted on-site research in the product processing workshop and exhibition hall, gaining a detailed understanding of the development and market expansion of deep-processed products such as rose hydrosol, essential oil, rose tea, and fermented black tea. When he learned that the base covers 15,000 mu of highland roses planted in 46 villages across 13 townships in the county, achieving an annual output value of 44.1 million yuan and driving nearly 2,000 households with over 8,000 people to achieve an average annual income increase of over 5,000 yuan per household, Xu Zhiwen expressed his high appreciation and encouraged the base and enterprises to continue their efforts to let the "industry associated with beauty" release greater economic and social benefits. He requested relevant parties to create a good policy environment, be responsive to the needs of enterprises, and work together to make Xiaojin Rose a premium brand, truly becoming an industry that enriches, leads, and reassures the people, and tangibly enhancing the sense of gain and happiness of the masses.
At the Mt. Siguniang Nature Reserve Administration, Xu Zhiwen conducted a special investigation on the application for the Unesco Global Geopark and the expansion of scenic spots. It is necessary to plan with foresight and high standards, fully consider the market increment brought by the opening of the Dujiangyan-Sichuan Railway, and promote the improvement and upgrading of service facilities in an integrated manner while maintaining the original ecology.
