The meeting focused on the inspection preparation plan, discussing details including inspection points, time arrangement, and personnel allocation, and drafted a specific task list to make arrangements for the next stage of work.

2.The preparation work for the inspection, evaluation, and acceptance of Mt. Siguniang Geopark is steadily progressing

This week, the working group conducted a preliminary planning for the placement of promotional materials.  The locations cover the main entrance of the geopark, the visitor service center, key exhibition areas, and key nodes along the way, aiming to comprehensively showcase the geological heritages, ecological features, and cultural highlights of Mt. Siguniang, ensuring that the promotional content can reach the evaluation experts more efficiently.  In the later stage, the working group will conduct on-site reconfirmation based on the planned locations to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the location design.

3.The compilation of self-assessment checklist (Table A data) is progressing in an orderly manner

This week, Working Group A completed the preliminary collection and organization of information for Mt. Siguniang Geopark's participation in the geopark network exchange activities, focusing on the specific details of activity participation, exchange content, and photo information.

4.The museum cluster of Mt. Siguniang Geopark is well-designed and progressing in an orderly manner

This week, the proofreading work for the translated content of the exhibition in the Geopark Museum—Geological Theme Pavilion of Mt. Siguniang Geopark has been completed.  During the proofreading process, emphasis was placed on optimizing the accuracy of terminology, scientific expression, and language fluency, further enhancing the professionalism and readability of the translated content, and ensuring consistency in the expression of Chinese and English exhibition content.

The demolition work for the Cultural and Development Theme Pavilion at the Mt. Siguniang Geopark Museum has been fully carried out. The removal, packing, and size verification of the original photography exhibition frames have been completed.  The next step is to demolish the temporary exhibition walls.

5.The compilation of popular science materials and foldout information is progressing in an orderly manner

This week, the first draft of the text for the two theme folders of the geopark and museum has been completed.  The content provides a detailed introduction to the geological diversity of Mt. Siguniang Geopark, as well as the exhibition contents of the geological theme pavilion, ecological theme pavilion, outdoor theme pavilion, and cultural and development theme pavilion, showcasing its role in geological science popularization and cultural dissemination.  Currently, some science popularization schematic diagrams for the geological theme pavilion and other folders have been completed.
