A ring silicate mineral mainly distributed in the Red Cedar Forest area at the end of Shuangqiao Valley, associated with pegmatites in the contact zone with geopark granites. The beryl in the geopark typically has diameters of 0.5 to 2 cm and lengths of 1 to 6 cm, with some reaching 10 cm. It forms euhedral hexagonal prisms or flattened hexagonal prisms, in colors ranging from white to very light green and light blue. The surrounding rocks of geopark beryl also contain large mica and garnet crystals.
