Located on the southern side of Mt. Siguniang, this 43-kilometer-long gorge has depths ranging from 500 to 1,100 m. It developed along the fissures of the Xiaojin arcuate structural belt and continues to cut down from the original U-shaped glacial valley, forming a “valley within a valley”.
