Suspended beneath the horn peaks on the southern ridge of the G662 road in Jiesi Valley within the geopark, covering an area of 0.87 km². It is a typical modern mountain maritime glacier, morphologically belonging to a hanging glacier. Jiesi Glacier is very spectacular, with rich crevasses and huge ice walls, with distinct ice layer textures. The permanent snow line in this area is approximately 4700 m.
